His career spans food distribution, retail, wholesale, construction and renewable energy. He began as a chef, moved into entrepreneurship by building and selling his own food distribution business, and then spent decades in sales and management across the food trade.
Michael later expanded into construction and renewable energy, including sales, operations and solar PV installation. That mix helps customers who need advice that is grounded in real commercial delivery, not theory.
